Session Fees & Policies

The session fee is due on the day of your shoot.
Accepted payments: cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Standard sessions include up to 2 hours of shooting time (unless otherwise noted).
Any shoot lasting over 2 hours will incur an additional 100 USD/hour fee on top of the original session fee.

Travel

Sessions outside the Longview/Kelso area (more than 45 miles from Longview, WA) will incur additional mileage and/or travel costs.
Mileage is billed at the current IRS reimbursement rate.
Travel fees cover both transportation and travel time to and from your location(s).

What’s Included

All final images are professionally edited and prepared for print and web
A private online gallery with your photo proofs
Ability to order prints directly from your gallery if you use my website
Option to download high-resolution JPG files and print through the lab of your choice

Image & Gallery Retention

Original JPG files are archived for three (3) months after your session.
Your online gallery will remain available for up to one (1) year from your session date for re-orders or re-downloads.

Scheduling

I’m flexible with days and times and will work with your schedule as best I can.

Please contact me at least two (2) weeks before your session if you need to make changes.
If that’s not possible, I’ll do my best to accommodate last-minute adjustments.

Props, Pets & Extras

Anything that helps you feel like you are welcome.

Bring items, pets, or people that make you or your loved ones feel comfortable and reflect your story.
Wear clothing you feel confident and comfortable in—this always photographs best.

Brand Content Photo + Social Media Add-On

For brands that want scroll-stopping visuals and ready-to-use content for their feeds.

This add-on is designed to pair with your Monthly Social Media Management package so your photos and content strategy work together.

Quarterly or bi-annual brand content photo session

Delivered in an online gallery, organized and ready to plug into your content calendar

Typical investment starts at $550–950 per session, depending on scope, location, and number of final images.
Custom brand content retainers (ongoing photo + social combos) are available on request.
